I’m on a mission to help you find true inner peace.

Growing up in Panama was tough. We faced constant money issues, and I struggled with emotional ups and downs. I craved stability and peace, but by my teenage years, I was stuck in a loop of overthinking and anxiety, feeling trapped in my own mind.

Then, in my early twenties, everything shifted. I realized that no amount of external success would heal the wounds and fears I carried inside. So, I made a bold choice—I left my engineering career, ended a relationship, and stepped away from everything familiar to embark on a journey of real healing.

Over 7 years, I immersed myself in meditation, breathwork, and other healing practices. I traveled to Bali, Spain, and Greece, dedicating countless hours to learning and applying the tools that brought me inner peace. It was during this journey that I discovered the power of subconscious reprogramming, leading me to create The True Self Method—a framework to help clear the blocks keeping us stuck.

I’ve experienced profound transformation and now live with clarity and peace that I once thought was impossible. My purpose is to guide you through this journey as well, and that’s why I founded TrueSelf University.
